Car Flipper — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Car Flipper ("the Game"), published by NyloxGames, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. We retain all rights in the Game, including its code, artwork, audio, text and design.

3. Virtual items and in-game currency

The Game contains virtual currency (in-game cash and gems) and virtual items (vehicles, staff, upgrades, finishes and similar).

Virtual currency and items have no monetary value in the real world. They cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything of value outside the Game.
You are granted a limited licence to use them inside the Game; you do not own them.
They may not be sold, traded, transferred or sublicensed to any other person.
We may change, rebalance, add, remove or discontinue any virtual item, currency or feature. Game balance changes are a normal part of an evolving game.
Any unused virtual currency or items are forfeited if you delete the Game, if your access is terminated under section 7, or if the Game is permanently discontinued.

4. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are not available in the current version of the Game. This section describes how they work if and when they are added.

The Game offers optional purchases. All purchases are processed by Google Play; we are not a party to the payment transaction and we never receive your payment details.

Purchases are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, including Google's refund rules. Refund requests should normally be made through Google Play. We may grant additional refunds at our own discretion, for example where an item was not delivered because of a fault in the Game.

Prices are set and displayed by Google Play in your local currency and may differ between countries. Purchased items are delivered to the device and progress on which the purchase was made.

5. Advertising

The Game is free to download and is supported by advertising. Some ads appear automatically; others are rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus. We do not control the content of individual advertisements, which are served by Google AdMob. If you see an ad you believe is inappropriate or misleading, please report it to us so that we can raise it with Google.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Game, except where this is expressly permitted by applicable law;
use cheats, memory editors, automation tools, emulated input or modified versions of the Game to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain virtual currency or items without paying for them;
distribute modified copies of the Game, or make it available through any store or channel other than those we publish on;
attempt to disrupt the Game or any service it relies on.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you materially breach these Terms, in particular section 6. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

8. Availability, updates and changes

We may update the Game, change or remove features, or stop supporting older versions or older devices. We may also discontinue the Game entirely. We will make reasonable efforts to announce a permanent discontinuation in advance through the Game's store listing.

The Game is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress, virtual currency or virtual items. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

10. Age

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Game, and in particular make any purchase, only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside. Disputes shall be subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, again without prejudice to any right you may have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. If a change is significant, we will announce it in the Game or on its store listing. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
