1. Who we are
Car Flipper ("the Game") is developed and published by NyloxGames, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye.
Contact: info@nylox.tech
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to NyloxGames. "You" refers to the person using the Game.
2. The short version
Car Flipper has no accounts and no login. We do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal information, and we do not run servers that store data about you. Your game progress is saved only on your own device.
The Game does include advertising provided by Google, and that service collects certain data; Section 4 describes exactly what. It also sends anonymous usage and crash reports to Google so that faults can be found and fixed; Section 7 describes that. In-app purchases are not available in the current version — Section 6 is there for when they are added.
3. Data stored on your device
The Game stores your progress locally on your device using standard Android app storage. This includes your money and gems, vehicles you own, staff, bank loans, dealership level, quest progress, settings such as your chosen language, and similar gameplay state.
This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data from Android Settings.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows advertisements through Google AdMob: a banner on the end-of-day screen, occasional full-screen ads, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses.
To serve and measure these ads, Google may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID (a resettable identifier);
- device information such as model, operating system version and language;
- your IP address, from which an approximate location (typically country or city level) can be derived;
- ad interaction data such as which ads were shown and whether they were clicked.
This data is collected by Google, not by us. We receive only aggregated reports about how many ads were shown and what revenue they generated; those reports do not identify individual users.
For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
5. Your advertising choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game shows a consent form the first time you open it, asking whether you agree to personalised advertising. You can change your answer at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options inside the Game.
Everywhere, you can limit ad personalisation at the operating system level and reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads. Deleting the advertising ID does not remove ads, but it stops them being personalised using that identifier.
6. Purchases (Google Play Billing)
In-app purchases are not available in the current version of the Game. This section describes how they work if and when they are added.
Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see, receive or store your payment card details or billing address.
When a purchase completes, Google confirms it to the Game so that the purchased in-game items can be granted. Google provides us with transaction records (such as product, amount and country) for accounting and support; these do not include your payment details.
Purchases are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, including Google's refund policy.
7. Analytics and crash reporting
The Game uses two Google services to understand how it is played and to find faults:
- Google Analytics for Firebase — records anonymous events such as app opens, screens viewed and progress through the game, along with general device information (model, operating system version, country, language) and a randomly generated app instance identifier.
- Firebase Crashlytics — when the Game crashes or hits an error, it records a technical report: where in the code it happened, the device model, the operating system version, available memory, and the last actions taken in the Game before the crash.
These reports contain no name, e-mail address, or any other information that identifies you personally. They are used only to fix faults and improve the Game.
Both services are provided by Google and the data is processed on Google's servers. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play Console also provides us with aggregated, anonymous statistics about installations, uninstallations, ratings and crashes across all users. We cannot identify any individual from this information.
8. Permissions
The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, files or any other sensitive permission. The advertising component requires internet access and the advertising ID permission, which are declared automatically by Google's advertising library.
9. Children
Car Flipper is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided information to us, please contact us at info@nylox.tech and we will take appropriate action.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or under the KVKK (Law No. 6698) in Türkiye — you may have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Because the Game has no accounts and we operate no servers, we hold virtually no personal data about you, and in most cases we are unable to identify you. Data collected through advertising is processed by Google under its own policies; requests relating to that data can also be addressed to Google.
Practical steps you can take yourself:
- Delete all data the Game stores: uninstall the Game, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Car Flipper → Storage → Clear data.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Change your advertising consent: Settings → Ad privacy options inside the Game (EEA, UK and Switzerland).
To exercise any other right, or to ask a question about this policy, write to info@nylox.tech. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law — within 30 days under the KVKK, and within one month under the GDPR.
11. Data retention
We do not retain personal data on our own systems, because we do not collect any. Data stored on your device remains there until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google's own retention policies.
12. International transfers
Google may process the data described in section 4 and section 6 on servers located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area and outside Türkiye. Those transfers are carried out under the safeguards described in Google's own privacy documentation.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the Game gains or loses a feature that affects data. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also announce it in the Game or on its Google Play store listing.
